I was wondering, other that CreateBlog.com and East Coast Design Co., where is the best place to find Div Overlays as well as Layouts for myspace? I have dozens of other links but none (I've found) have Div's and Layouts quite like those two.

There are many. Try searching your background on google images or try photobucket. Photobucket.com has a lot of pics which are free to copy and paste!
