Help With Default Layouts For Myspace!?!?!?

Ok...

So I LOVE default Layouts for My Myspace Page, But I see on lots of People Pages and The Layout Is On BOTH sides of The Page.

But Mine For some Reason Is Only At The Top Of The Page.

Does Anyone Know What is The Problem and HOW can I fix it?
