You should be able to just copy and paste the code. You shouldn't have to "download" anything for a MySpace - I'd be very weary of any site that told me I had to.

Go to a site like mygirlyspace.com or where ever you want really and they'll provide you a code which you highlight and copy and then you go to edit your profile and you just paste that code in any of the editing boxes

then once u go to one of the sites and found a layout

copy the code that they giv u

then go to myspace and go to edit profile

them are layout sites and then you jjust pick one that you like and copy the code then paste it into your about me section!
